District Energy Scheme
The Pita Te Hori Centre District Energy Scheme is a long term partnership between CDEC and Ngāi Tahu Property Limited as part of Ngāi Tahu’s benchmark Christchurch CBD redevelopment. CDEC supplies heating and cooling from centralised energy plant, utilising aquifer water to provide a high quality, efficient and cost effective energy supply solution for the Pita Te Hori Centre site.
